Spirit Points

As in past years, we will be having Spirit Days to foster school spirit and help create a positive environment....

  • Every Wednesday will be a Spirit Day with varying themes!
  • Every Friday will be Black & Gold Day to show our Brooklawn spirit! 
  • There will be some additional Spirit Days on other days of the week!
For each Spirit Day, we will award Spirit Points as follows:
  • 5 points to the grade with the most student participation (as a %)
  • 3 points to the grade with the second most student participation (as a %)
  • 1 point to the grade with the third most student participation (as a %)
  • 2 points to the grade with the most staff participation

Student and Staff participation will be counted through online Google Form surveys sent to Homeroom teachers, or Advisory teachers on Wednesdays.

At the end of the year, the grade with the most Spirit Points will get a barbecue lunch followed by extended recess for remainder of the afternoon!
